FBA warehouse in Japan can accept overseas warehouse and private address to a limited extent.


Number of shipped items requirements


More than one parcel delivery is acceptable.


Size weight limit


1. Maximum size of regular packing single piece: length * width * height ≤60cm*50cm*50cm, maximum weight of single piece 30KG.


2. Minimum size of all single package: length * width * height ≥16*11*5cm, minimum billing weight of single package 10KG.


The larger the actual weight of the package is compared with the volume weight, and the volume weight is calculated as: length cm* width cm* height cm/6000.


Prohibited goods


1. It is forbidden to distribute liquid/powder/paste/flammable and explosive dangerous goods/offensive weapons/infringing imitation products/import and export products prohibited by national decree/other prohibited goods by air;


2. If the brand patent products involving appearance design, product name, Logo, pattern, well-known cartoon character animal image pattern are not authorized;


3. If well-known brand trademark products are involved, a full set of compliance brand authorization letter must be provided and confirmed before shipment;


Goods conditionally restricted to the importing country


Containers, knives, utensils in direct contact with food, kitchen utensils, kettles, cups, coffee POTS, barbecue nets, cutlery, mixers, juicers, washing baskets that are not certified; Toys used by children under the age of 6 are legal products, as well as non-certified medical instruments, beauty instruments, dental cleaning machines, cupping and other equipment directly in contact with the human body drugs, quasi-drugs and cosmetics. Before shipment, a single ticket is required to consult whether the goods can be shipped. For certification, contact the staff.


Can send the goods


1. Live products containing built-in batteries and supporting batteries can be shipped. Tip: this channel can send pure electric products.


2. In case of initial shipment, please confirm with our customer service whether the products can be imported to Japan.


Along with the cargo information


Before delivery, electronic packing list must be provided with correct information of sender/receiver, place of origin, name of goods, picture, material, purpose, quantity, unit price, total price, 8-digit HS CODE, declaration must be consistent with goods.

Packing requirements


1. Do not put desiccant, freshener and other powder in all kinds of products


2. Packing requirements of FBA of Japan: the customer shall provide accurate packing list and information before delivery. "Made in China" should be displayed on all products and outer containers. The outer containers must have two clear bar codes for warehouse entry, which should be separately pasted on the upper left corner of different sides. It is strictly forbidden to cover the barcode for warehouse entry, in case the FBA label falls off and Amazon cannot warehouse entry.


3. Weight and size limitation: the weight of a single piece should be within 30KG, and the size of three sides should be within "50CM*60CM*50CM". If the size of a single box exceeds 15kg, please attach the "Team Lift" label according to Amazon FBA regulations, and the size of a single box exceeds 160CM in length + width + height, and an additional charge of 100 yuan will be charged for each piece.
