Air export operation procedure
1. Power of attorney
The client submits the power of attorney to us. The letter of entrustment includes the following information: information of consignor and consignee, name of airport of origin and destination, type of case, name of product, gross weight, volume, date of shipment, etc.
2. Review documents
Documents should include: declaration power of attorney, declaration form, packing list, contract, declaration elements, chemical products need to provide air freight identification letter, etc.
3, booking
After receiving the power of attorney, our company will book the space to the airline, and the airline will arrange the space and flight according to the actual situation. When booking space, the shipper can choose the route according to the requirements of the shipper, and strive for low and reasonable freight rates for the shipper.
4, pick up the goods
Delivery by the consignor: We will send the warehousing notice to the consignor, indicating the contact person, telephone number, delivery address, map and the last warehousing time, so that the goods can be timely and accurate warehousing. Door-to-door pickup: the client shall provide specific pickup address, contact person, phone number, pickup time and other relevant information to our company to ensure that the fleet can pick up the goods on time.
5. Export declaration
The client provides the customs declaration information to our company, and our company passes the audit of the customs broker. After the audit is correct, we will declare for export, and release after passing the audit.
6. Fee settlement
The client and our company will settle the freight and miscellaneous expenses before the plane takes off.
